Jennifer's degree theis was on the subject of canine aggression and how to resolve this problem. Jennifer's regular appraisal of literature and attendance at lectures on an international basis ensures that she remains up-to-date with new developments in the fields of ethology, behavioural science and training techniques. Her expertise allows essential evaluation of this information. One - to - one training in your home Personal, individually - tailored training in your pet's home and/or local park, combined with an explanation of different training techniques and how these relate to normal species - specific behaviour can help to anticipate and prevent many potential behavioural problems. There are many advantages to training your dog in its normal environment, after all this is where it normally lives and where you want your dog to behave. Some dogs are not temperamentally suited to learn in the packed and sometimes chaotic environment. Others may only behave while at that class. Training is conducted in convenience of your own home or locality (as appropriate), at a time that suits you, and using methods designed to fit with you, your pet's stage of learning and its temperament. Young puppies can safely start training at a few weeks of age, prior to vaccine cover. Dogs and owners can learn much faster when they have this undivided attention. Appointments, Fees and Terms Appointments are available all week, including evenings and weekends. Many behavioural problems are urgent and flexibility allows a consultation to be arranged without delay. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Cheques accepted with cheque card, payable to "Miss J. Dobson" Full fees are usually payable unless 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. Unavoidable parking fees are charged at cost.
